Real business data contains implicit references that need to be resolved for accurate analysis.
The Problem
Look at the email again. Pam says "from last month" about MLM Recovery Services. When was that? The email is dated March 15, 2024, so "last month" means February.
Most people would catch that. Will your prompt?
Why This Matters
Agents need to handle implicit information. When you're processing historical emails, "next week" means different things depending on when the email was sent.
