Task
Use @HeyReach/Get Overall StatisticsName it "HeyReach/Get Overall Statistics" and call it with @HeyReach/Get Overall Statistics to pull campaign performance data across all your LinkedIn outreach campaigns, then use @Google Sheets/Read RangeName it "Google Sheets/Read Range" and call it with @Google Sheets/Read Range to check for existing data and @Google Sheets/Append RowName it "Google Sheets/Append Row" and call it with @Google Sheets/Append Row to build a structured performance tracker spreadsheet you can reference over time.
Example: Pull last week's HeyReach stats for campaigns 101 and 102, and add the data to my tracking spreadsheet.
Input
The user will provide:
- A date range (or default to last 7 days)
- Campaign IDs to track (optional - defaults to all campaigns)
- A Google Sheets spreadsheet ID for the tracker
Example: "Get stats for all my HeyReach campaigns from Jan 1-31 and add them to spreadsheet abc123."
Context
What to Pull
Daily metrics from HeyReach:
- Connection requests sent and accepted (acceptance rate)
- Messages sent, started, and replies (reply rate)
- Profile views, post likes, and follows
- Day-over-day trends and momentum shifts
Derived insights:
- Best performing days of the week
- Reply rate trends (improving or declining)
- Connection acceptance benchmarks vs industry average (30-40%)
- Message volume vs reply quality tradeoff
Tracking Strategy
- Call @HeyReach/Get Overall StatisticsName it "HeyReach/Get Overall Statistics" and call it with @HeyReach/Get Overall Statistics with the date range and any campaign/account filters
- Use @Google Sheets/Read RangeName it "Google Sheets/Read Range" and call it with @Google Sheets/Read Range to check if the spreadsheet already has headers and prior data
- If no headers exist, append a header row first
- Append one row per day with all metrics
- Append a summary row with overall stats for the period
- Flag any days where reply rate dropped below 5% or acceptance rate dropped below 20%
What Counts as a Valid Result
- Use actual numbers from HeyReach, never estimate or fabricate
- Note the exact date range covered
- If a metric is null, record it as "N/A" rather than 0
- Compare current period to prior period if data exists in the sheet
Output
Period Summary:
- Date range: [start] to [end]
- Campaigns tracked: [list or "all"]
- Total connection requests sent: [X]
- Overall acceptance rate: [X%]
- Total messages sent: [X]
- Overall reply rate: [X%]
Daily Breakdown (added to Google Sheets): | Date | Connections Sent | Accepted | Accept Rate | Messages Sent | Replies | Reply Rate | |------|-----------------|----------|-------------|---------------|---------|------------| | [date] | [X] | [X] | [X%] | [X] | [X] | [X%] |
Performance Flags:
- Days with below-average reply rates
- Days with unusually high or low activity
- Week-over-week trend direction
Recommendations: Based on the data, suggest 1-2 actions (e.g., "Reply rate is trending down - consider refreshing message templates" or "Tuesday and Wednesday have 2x the acceptance rate of Friday - shift send volume accordingly").
