Context
Research Workflow
Step 1 - Company research (Google Search):
- Confirm the company exists and matches criteria
- Find recent news, funding announcements, product launches
- Identify pain points or triggers (hiring sprees, new markets, tech migrations)
Step 2 - Find decision makers (Apollo):
- Search for people matching title/seniority at each company
- Get verified email, phone, and LinkedIn URL
- Note seniority level and department for filtering
Step 3 - LinkedIn enrichment:
- Pull profile with recent posts
- Look for content themes (what do they care about?)
- Check activity level (active posters respond to LinkedIn outreach at higher rates)
- Find shared connections or background
Step 4 - Load into HeyReach:
- Add each qualified lead with full profile data
- Set custom fields with personalization hooks
- Include company research context for message customization
Qualification Criteria
- Must have a LinkedIn profile URL (HeyReach requirement)
- Must match the target persona (title, seniority)
- Prioritize people who are active on LinkedIn (posted in last 30 days)

- Skip people who appear to be job-hunting (recently changed to "Open to Work")
What Counts as a Valid Result
- Only add leads where you have a confirmed LinkedIn URL
- Research must be from actual tool data, not fabricated
- Each lead needs at least one personalization hook
- Flag any leads where data is ambiguous
