Lemlist Campaign Performance Tracker
Pull your Lemlist campaign stats, find your best-performing sequences, and export everything to Google Sheets in one go.
The Challenge
You're running multiple Lemlist campaigns, but comparing their performance means clicking through each one individually, mentally tracking which sequences work best, and manually building reports for your team. Meanwhile, warm leads who opened your email three times sit buried in activity logs instead of getting a follow-up call.
What This Prompt Does
Pull All Campaign Stats
Get open, click, reply, and bounce rates across campaigns
Rank by Performance
See which campaigns and sequences drive the most replies
Surface Hot Leads
Find people who engaged but have not replied yet
Export to Sheets
Push the full performance report to Google Sheets

Task
Use @Lemlist/Get Many CampaignsName it "Lemlist/Get Many Campaigns" and call it with @Lemlist/Get Many Campaigns to pull all active and completed campaigns, then use @Lemlist/Get StatsName it "Lemlist/Get Stats" and call it with @Lemlist/Get Stats for each campaign to get open rates, click rates, reply rates, and bounce rates. Use @Lemlist/Get Many ActivitiesName it "Lemlist/Get Many Activities" and call it with @Lemlist/Get Many Activities to find which specific leads are engaging. Finally, use @Google Sheets/Append RowsName it "Google Sheets/Append Rows" and call it with @Google Sheets/Append Rows to export a performance report to a spreadsheet.
Example: Pull last month's campaign stats, rank them by reply rate, and export the report to my "Outbound Metrics" Google Sheet.
Input
The user will provide:
- Time period to analyze (last week, last month, Q1, etc.)
- (Optional) Specific campaign names to focus on
- (Optional) Google Sheet URL or name for export
- (Optional) Specific metrics they care about most
Example: "How did my cold outreach campaigns perform last month? Export to my tracking sheet."
Context
Metrics to Track
Campaign-level metrics:
- Open rate (benchmark: 40-60% for cold email)
- Click rate (benchmark: 3-7%)
- Reply rate (benchmark: 5-15% for cold outreach)
- Bounce rate (should be under 3%)
- Unsubscribe rate (should be under 1%)
Engagement analysis:
- Which campaigns have the highest reply rates
- Which subject lines drive the most opens
- What time/day do leads engage most
- Which leads opened but did not reply (warm leads to follow up on)
Analysis Strategy
- Pull all campaigns and their configurations
- Get stats for each campaign in the specified time period
- Rank campaigns by the metric that matters most (usually reply rate)
- Pull activities to identify hot leads (multiple opens, clicks, replies)
- Export the compiled data to Google Sheets
What Makes a Good Report
- Compare campaigns against each other, not just benchmarks
- Highlight statistical outliers (both good and bad)
- Identify leads who engaged but have not replied yet
- Note campaigns with high bounces that need list cleaning
- Track trends over time if historical data is available
Output
Campaign Performance Overview:
| Campaign | Sent | Opens | Open Rate | Clicks | Click Rate | Replies | Reply Rate | Bounces | |----------|------|-------|-----------|--------|------------|---------|------------|---------| | [Campaign 1] | [X] | [X] | [X%] | [X] | [X%] | [X] | [X%] | [X] | | [Campaign 2] | [X] | [X] | [X%] | [X] | [X%] | [X] | [X%] | [X] |
Top Performing Campaign: [Name] with [X%] reply rate
Needs Attention: [Name] has [X%] bounce rate (above 3% threshold)
Hot Leads (Engaged But No Reply):
- [Name] at [Company] - Opened [X] times, clicked [X] links
- [Name] at [Company] - Opened [X] times
Key Insights:
- [Observation about what is working]
- [Observation about what needs improvement]
- [Recommendation for next campaign]
Exported to: [Google Sheet name/URL]
Example Usage
Try asking:
- →"How did my cold outreach campaigns perform last month?"
- →"Which Lemlist campaign has the best reply rate this quarter?"
- →"Find leads who opened my emails 3+ times but never replied"
