Lookalike Prospect Finder
Turn your best customers into a prospecting engine. Find companies with similar audiences and enrich them with Apollo data.
The Challenge
You know your best customers, but finding more companies like them is a guessing game. Traditional prospecting relies on firmographic filters — industry, size, location — but misses the behavioral signal: who actually shares an audience with your best accounts? Building a lookalike list manually means hours of research across multiple tools and databases.

Search Strategy
- Run @SimilarWeb/Get Similar SitesName it "SimilarWeb/Get Similar Sites" and call it with @SimilarWeb/Get Similar Sites for each seed domain
- Deduplicate results across all seed domains (sites appearing for multiple seeds rank higher)
- Pull @SimilarWeb/Get Traffic DataName it "SimilarWeb/Get Traffic Data" and call it with @SimilarWeb/Get Traffic Data for each discovered domain to qualify by traffic
- Filter out domains below the traffic threshold
- Search @Apollo/Search Organizations by website URLName it "Apollo/Search Organizations by website URL" and call it with @Apollo/Search Organizations by website URL for each qualified domain
- Score and rank prospects by: traffic volume, overlap frequency, and company size

What Counts as a Valid Result
- Only include companies with verifiable SimilarWeb traffic data

- Exclude obvious non-prospects (Wikipedia, YouTube, government sites, etc.)
- Apollo data may not exist for all domains — note gaps rather than skipping
