Daily snapshot (today vs yesterday):

  • Bounces and unsubscribes

Weekly trend (this week vs last week):

  • Total emails sent
  • Average open rate across all campaigns
  • Average reply rate across all campaigns
  • Total replies received
  • Bounce rate trend

Step-level engagement:

  • Which step in each sequence gets the most opens
  • Which step converts the most replies
  • Steps with declining engagement compared to prior period
  • A/B variant performance differences

Anomaly Detection

Flag any of these automatically:

  • Open rate drops more than 15% day-over-day (possible deliverability issue)
  • Reply rate spikes more than 50% (check if it's real engagement or auto-replies)
  • Bounce rate exceeds 5% on any campaign
  • A campaign that sent zero emails when it should be active
  • A step with 0% open rate (possible tracking issue)
