Layer 1 - Breaking stories: Use Breaking News to find rapidly developing stories in the last 24 hours.
Layer 2 - Industry headlines: Use Latest Headlines with the relevant theme filter for broader coverage from the past 24 hours.
Layer 3 - Account-specific news: Query Salesforce for active accounts or open opportunities, then search NewsCatcher for each account name to find news about companies you're selling to or working with.
Search Strategy
- Pull Breaking News for the last 24 hours filtered to the user's industry
- Pull Latest Headlines using the appropriate theme
- Query Salesforce for account names from active deals
