Layer 2 - Industry headlines: Use Latest Headlines with the relevant theme filter for broader coverage from the past 24 hours.

Layer 3 - Account-specific news: Query Salesforce for active accounts or open opportunities, then search NewsCatcher for each account name to find news about companies you're selling to or working with.

Search Strategy

  1. Pull Breaking News for the last 24 hours filtered to the user's industry
  2. Pull Latest Headlines using the appropriate theme
