  • Click rate (benchmark: 3-7%)
  • Reply rate (benchmark: 5-15% for cold outreach)
  • Bounce rate (should be under 3%)
  • Unsubscribe rate (should be under 1%)

Engagement analysis:

  • Which campaigns have the highest reply rates
  • Which subject lines drive the most opens
  • What time/day do leads engage most
  • Which leads opened but did not reply (warm leads to follow up on)

Analysis Strategy

  1. Pull all campaigns and their configurations
  2. Get stats for each campaign in the specified time period
  3. Rank campaigns by the metric that matters most (usually reply rate)
  4. Pull activities to identify hot leads (multiple opens, clicks, replies)
  5. Export the compiled data to Google Sheets

What Makes a Good Report

  • Compare campaigns against each other, not just benchmarks
  • Highlight statistical outliers (both good and bad)
  • Identify leads who engaged but have not replied yet
  • Note campaigns with high bounces that need list cleaning
  • Track trends over time if historical data is available
